Beachfront Estate LOT #32 Receives an Offer

An offer has come in today on Lucky #32 Beachfront Estate Lot. That leaves only 4 available lots left. We currently have 5 year financing available on our last remaining beachfront lots but I am told that may soon change. Summer Slow Months Prove High Sales

Statistically, Los Cabos in the summer is known for it’s slow season or summer slowdown where full-timers in Los Cabos prepare for just about nothing but an occasional hurricane warning.  And why not?  The high season kicks off around October and remains steadily busy for everyone until around the end of May.  Canadians come down for a 6 month winter retreat and many others have made Mexico home for work, retirement, snowbirding (is that even a word), and studies during the high season.  So when June hits everyone is expecting a lull in the activity.

That hasn’t been the case for Cabo Riviera this summer.  June and July had a couple beachfront lots reserved and sold which will put a smile on anyone’s face who thought they would have to suffer out the summer months.  Then August came around and three more beach front lots get reserved and a commercial area.  The offer was very promising and finalized early this month making sales for Cabo Riviera so far this year, a whopping 15.5 million.  This is great news for everyone and a fun way to overcome the “Summer Slow” months.

If you haven’t been to Cabo Riviera lately or ever, it is about time to check us out.  Our construction has been moving fast and it is taking less imagination to see what we are doing.  With less imagination will come the increase in prices.

Two More Golf Course Lots Reserved

Two more golf course lots were reserved this past weekend leaving only seven lots left. Of the seven remaining lots there are only two left priced below $275k. I can assure you this will be the last time you see anything in Cabo Riviera priced below $300k. Gather the money or get a partner because these golf course lots are going to be worth so much more money in a very short time. Check out my article on homes built on Pete Dye courses here . Pete Dye is so enthusiastic about this course and says it will be his best.

Another Beachfront Lot Reserved

Just as the reserved beachfront Lots from last week turn into SOLD, another beachfront LOT this weekend gets reserved. Out of 15 available beachfront Lots there are now only 7 remaining. It is an opportunity you don’t want to miss out on even if you have to grab a partner. Our developer who has over 45 years of experience expects these beachfront lots to be nothing less than $8-$10 million in years to come. They are a steal at our prices today.

Last month we did $3.5 million in sales and this month $3.0 million so far. No one else in Los Cabos combined has sold that much in the last two months. Obviously people are seeing the value that is Cabo Riviera. Our developers think our prices are too low and plan on changing that at the next board meeting. Especially as we need more inventory.

More Cabo Riviera LOTS Reserved

Over the weekend Cabo Riviera saw another influx of sales with 1 more beachfront Lot sold, 1 Commercial Lot in our Artist Village reserved, and 2 Golf Course Lots reserved.  I think CR is on fire and hats off to those that are getting in while the prices are good.

Two More Marina LOTS Reserved!

Marina Channel LOTS #27 & #28 on Privada Los Delfines have been reserved. These LOTS were part of the 11 newly released LOTS on the Marina Side of the Golf Course. Those are a great buy and those owners will be very happy to have made the choice to buy now. Congratulations. That leaves only 5 remaining as 3 have sold and 3 have been reserved of those LOTS as of today.
